Adult Learn To Ski In A Day
This full day course is by far the quickest and most effective method of learning to ski. Complete beginners will be shown, at a comfortable pace, how to reach the recreational standard in just one day.
The course contains all the contents of group levels 1-3 and fast track 1 & 2. All food and drink is provided and throughout the day you will gain valuable information about skiing abroad from your instructor.
This full day course significantly enhances your progress and continuity making it the ultimate learning experience. Perfect if you are embarking on your first ski holiday abroad or if you live a long distance from the SnowDome. Once successfully completed you will be a recreational skier with the ability to use all lifts, perform controlled linked turns, control speed and direction and stop confidently.
Day Course Timetable
9am Arrival and check in at reception
9.10am-9.30am Equipment allocation and set up in ski hire
9.30am-10am Course welcome, tea and coffee in The Lifthouse Coffee Co, initial equipment introduction
10am-12.30pm Skiing on the slope
12.30pm-2pm 2 course lunch in the bar
2pm-3.30pm Skiing on the slope
3.30pm-4pm Afternoon tea/coffee break
4pm-4.45pm Skiing on the slope
4.45pm-5pm Course de-brief
