With over 70 classes per week, you can enjoy a wide range of aerobic, holistic, strength and cardio classes in the fitbox studio. A daily and varied programme of morning, afternoon and evening classes are available including body pump, Group Cycle, clubbercise, pilates, yoga... and many more.
