Who is Santa's Winter Wonderland suitable for?

Santa’s Winter Wonderland provides fun for all the family, especially for those who believe in the magic of Christmas! The event is perfect for all ages - there’s no real restrictions to who can enjoy Santa’s Winter Wonderland.

What should we wear?

Wrap up warm, as you would for a cold winters day! Warm clothes, gloves and a hat are ideal. Also, sturdy footwear with a good grip suitable for walking on snow is recommended. Timberland type boots or Wellington boots are perfect, if not, trainers are fine but they are likely to get wet, so please bring a change of footwear. Lockers are also available for your personal belongings.

Can we spectate?

There are partial views of the snow trail area from The Lifthouse Coffee Co.

Is it real snow?

Of course! Like all of the snow activities at the SnowDome, it is real snow.

Where do we go upon arrival?

The entrance to Santa's Winter Wonderland is in the far right corner of the foyer when entering through the main doors to the SnowDome. Look out for the huge archway with Santa and Rudolph on top!

Should we arrive early?

The SnowDome and Santa's Winter Wonderland are very popular over the Christmas period. It is recommended to arrive 30 minutes before your session time starts, this is to allow time for parking and making your way into the venue.

How long does the session last and what is included?

The session lasts approximately 90 minutes. This includes 30 minutes playing in the real snow, 20 minutes watching Santa in the brand new stage show and 30 minutes in Santa's animal village.

Do the children get to meet Santa?

Santa is the star of the all new Christmas show, he moves amongst the audience and interacts with them. There is not an individual meet and greet session.

Do we get a present?

Yes! Everyone who enjoys the Santa's Winter Wonderland experience (including the adults) gets a yummy chocolate treat.

Can wheelchair users enjoy Santa's Winter Wonderland?

Yes, limited spaces are available on all session. We also have specially designed relaxed sessions for those with particular needs.

Do you provide carer spaces?

Can I take a buggy/pushchair on to the session

Due to the real snow, buggies and pushchairs are not suitable to be taken on the event. However, there is a free to use buggy park near to the entrance of Santa's Winter Wonderland.

Are bookings refundable or transferable?

No, all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable so please check dates and times thoroughly before purchase.
