QUOTE FROM GYM TEAM: Jon works incredibly hard during the boot camp session on Mondays and always holds himself to a high standard. Quick to encourage and very sociable, Jon is a great member to have around.
FITNESS ACHIEVEMENT: Every New Year I set myself the goal to be fitter and healthier than the previous year. It’s a continuous work in progress but very rewarding.
FAVOURITE THING ABOUT SNOWDOME FITNESS: The classes, the fitness team, the other members and the top-end equipment.
FAVOURITE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT: The sled… gets me every time.
BEST WORKOUT: All of the classes on the gym floor. Big thanks to Abi, John, Kieron, Paul and Molly – I couldn’t do it without you all.
CURRENT FITNESS GOAL: To be the fittest I’ve ever been and to be more consistent with my training.

QUOTE FROM GYM TEAM: Becky works just as hard as Jon in boot camp and in the strength classes during the week. She is always pushing herself to bigger and better feats every week and is very deserving of being one of our members of the month.
FITNESS ACHIEVEMENT: Making health and fitness a priority. My interest in health and fitness was prompted by an unexpected cancer diagnosis 10 years ago. Something like that makes you value your body and helps with motivation.
FAVOURITE THING ABOUT SNOWDOME FITNESS: The SnowDome fitness team, the range of equipment and the variety of classes set the gym apart from the others I have been to in the past.
FAVOURITE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT: It’s easier to name my least favourite… the Skillmill!
BEST WORKOUT: Group cycle, circuits and John’s Monday night bootcamp (minus the sled push).
CURRENT FITNESS GOAL: To improve my overall fitness and continue to outperform Jon!
