We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who have a smile on their face and a spring in their step to join our Snow, Ice & Climb Team.
Enthusiastic, hardworking and bubbly customer service team required to join our Snow, Ice & Climb team!
Would you enjoy working in a fast paced, customer focused environment? Is the customer at the top of your agenda? Are you a service star? Maybe you can help the SnowDome continue to raise standards.
The role will include looking after customers across ski and snowboard hire, ice skating, snow fun park and our Climb experience. We offer team players competitive rates of pay, complimentary use of the facilities, reward and recognition scheme, uniform, full on-site training and being part of the ultimate snow, ice & leisure experience.
Part time and full time positions are available with potential for longer periods of employment at the end of the winter period (April 2024). Experience in customer service is preferred but by no means required. We are looking for positive and enthusiastic people who put the customer experience at the top of their agenda.

The SnowDome is passionate about helping local charities and organisations. Fundraising is done throughout the year to raise money for Guide Dogs UK. Every year Santa's Winter Wonderland is opened exclusively for Acorns Children's Hospice.
