Chef

We are on the lookout for a talented Chef to join the SnowDome team!

The Chef role is a key position in the all new Aspen's Bar & Kitchen and SnowDome’s catering team. The SnowDome is an exciting business that offers a unique working environment. The SnowDome offers all sorts of catering possibilities from large corporate events to specialist ski resort dishes from around the world.

Role requirements:

You will have experience working alongside a Head Chef in a busy kitchen providing a high volume of quality food preparation. You will be involved in the 7 day operation of the SnowDome’s two restaurants, multiple conferencing rooms and The Lifthouse Coffee Co. Aspen's Bar & Kitchen opens in September following an extensive refurbishment with an exciting new menu. We are currently operating through closure so there is no shortage of work.

Who you are:

You will play a pivotal role in the kitchen and must be quick-thinking, adaptable and calm under pressure. You will be ambitious, confident, and resilient with a focus for quality standards. Someone who can take a hands-on approach and enjoys leading.

Work in the Community

The SnowDome is passionate about helping local charities and organisations. Fundraising is done throughout the year to raise money for Guide Dogs UK. Every year Santa's Winter Wonderland is opened exclusively for Acorns Children's Hospice.
