Assistant Manager F&B
We are on the lookout for a talented Assistant Manager to join the SnowDome F&B team!
We have 2 exciting management opportunities in the new and exciting Aspen's Bar & Kitchen at the SnowDome.
In a mesmerising new and totally refurbished restaurant, with views of the UK's original indoor ski slope, we are looking for 2 Assistant Managers who are guest-obsessed and ensures their team is too, someone who leads by example to deliver our daily operation, serving guests a carefully curated menu featuring one-of-a-kind ski resort dishes, mouth-watering burgers and snowboarder pizzas.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager on site, we are on the lookout for quick-thinking, efficient, hard-working leaders. Someone who thrives off of a fast-paced, busy environment and is committed to delivering high standards of guest enjoyment as we open this new restaurant. You will deliver training and coaching to develop a new large team in all things table service and have uncompromising standards with food safety and due diligence records.
In the off-season, we encourage you to collaborate with the head chef to continue to develop our one-of-a-kind menu, build relationships with local suppliers to bring in fresh and exciting new products like craft beers & speciality cocktails that continue to exceed our guests' expectations and keeps locals returning again and again.

Full-time 40hrs a week
Up to £25,000 - £30,000 per annum dependant on experience
Role requirements: -
- 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Experience in a 100+ seat restaurant/net £30K trade weeks
- Experience in managing bookings
- Experience in scheduling and managing a large headcount
- A great can-do attitude
- Punctual, cooperative, and attention to detail
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Willing to learn other aspects of the business, for multi-unit support
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
