What is included in an ice skating party package?

A 1 hour ice skating session, delicious party meal, unlimited squash and a birthday balloon.

Yes, you will need a minimum of 8 children to book a party package.

Do adults go free?

You will receive two adults free of charge to take part in the ice skating session. Additional adults are welcome to join in with the activity from £11.50 per adult. Pre-booking is strongly recommended.

Can I add skating aids to my party?

You can book and pay for the use of the penguin pal skating aids (suitable for children under 10 years) and these are priced at £3 per penguin for 1 hour. Pre-booking is strongly recommended.

Does the party take place during a public ice skating session?

Yes, members of the public will also be on the ice rink.

How do I book a party?

Simply call 03448 000011 or email guestservices@snowdome.co.uk. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to book a party. Please book maximum numbers. Confirmed numbers are needed 20 days prior to the visit date and full payment 14 days before. Confirmation and invitations will be emailed directly to you.

What should we do when we arrive?

Please arrive at the start time of your party and head to the main reception to check in.
