Climbing Party FAQ

When are disco packages available?

Disco packages are available on select Sundays from 12pm to 3.30pm.

What is included in a climbing disco party package?

A 55 minute climbing session, disco with DJ, delicious party meal, yummy ice cream, unlimited squash and a birthday balloon.

Is there a minimum party size?

Yes, you will need a minimum of 8 children to book a party package.

Can adults join in?

Adults are welcome to join in with the activity at a cost of £10.95 per adult. Pre-booking is strongly recommended.

Is the disco party just for our group?

The disco package is a shared party with other groups. The meal and disco will take place in one large room with other parties. Each party will have their own individual table to eat their meals, the DJ then will entertain as one party. Each group will get their special moments with specific games, the wishing of happy birthday and the blowing out of candles.

Does the party take place during a public climbing session?

Yes, members of the public will also be able to book on to the climbing session.

How do I book a party?

Simply call 01827 308416 or email groupbookings@snowdome.co.uk. A £30 non-refundable deposit is required to book a party. Please book maximum numbers. Confirmed numbers are needed 20 days prior to the visit date and full payment 14 days before. Confirmation and invitations will be emailed directly to you.

What should we do when we arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes before your session start time and head to the party check in (underneath the stairs in the main foyer).

Temporarily closed from 21st March

We have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close the SnowDome from 21st March as we believe this is the right thing to do to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees and guests.

The SnowDome will remain temporarily closed until further notice.

Please refer to our website and social media channels for updates on re-opening.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the SnowDome as soon as it’s appropriate to do so.

Temporary Closure Relaxed Booking Terms & Conditions

For New Bookings (made from 21st March) - We want to reassure all our guests making future bookings, if the SnowDome is not re-open in time for your future visit, we will refund the entirety of your booking or provide a transfer to a later date of your choice.

For booking made prior to our closure on 21st March - We will contact you on a month by month basis as we asses the current situation with regards to our re-opening. Therefore, if you have a booking for May, we will contact you in the later part of the prior month - in April. And bookings for June, we will contact you in the later part of May and so on. You don’t need to take any action, we will contact you.
