About me

I’m a very driven person, with years of playing and captaining various football teams. What initially began as a hobby in fitness, has evolved into a career, and I have never looked back.

At the age of 15, I began attending the gym as I felt unhappy with what I saw in the mirror. This prompted me to consider a career in fitness. I pursued my education at college, completing both Level 2 and Level 3, acquiring various qualifications along the way. I firmly believe in giving maximum effort during training, a principle that has been instrumental in achieving my personal fitness goals. I am confident that applying this approach can similarly assist you in reaching and exceeding your own goals.
