I have been involved in sport and exercise for many years now and have stayed dedicated to my sport of kickboxing for around 16-18 years.

Strength: I’m always researching and implementing new techniques in my exercise and I am passionate to progress within the industry.

About me

I’ve been involved in sport for many years and regularly competed in kickboxing when I was younger. I have also spent a season working with Tamworth FC, assisting with their physio.

I went on to complete my BSc (Hons) degree in sports therapy at university, which has enhanced my sport and exercise knowledge and I am dedicated to keeping myself fit with a healthy lifestyle.

Training with me is fun and varied, we will overcome any obstacles along your journey through support, goal setting and monitoring strategies.
