When I was younger, I played for several local teams and spent many years playing for the centre of excellences such as Coventry City and Aston Villa ladies.
I completed my BA (Hons) degree in sport and exercise studies at Staffordshire University before going on to achieve my personal training qualifications at the SnowDome. After having two children, gaining weight and watching my fitness levels drop, I decided to get back into what makes me happy… a healthy lifestyle and I am excited to help you achieve the same!
