About me

My clients have had a variety of goals such as improving fitness, weight loss, tone up, bulk up and that’s exactly what we do… together.

I am committed to every person I meet in the gym who wants my help to improve their health, lifestyle and physical image. If you guarantee you’ll give me 100%, so will I. My experience as an athlete in conjunction with 11 years of fitness knowledge has been instrumental in enabling me to design effective training and nutritional plans for my clients that really get results. I have a real passion for fitness and being able to congratulate my clients when they achieve their goals is why I love my job so much!

Training with me

Some of my clients say “she looks lovely and innocent but really she’s a slave driver”. I accept that comment because it’s true! You need to work hard to get what you want. It doesn’t come easy so I will push you out of your comfort zone to ensure, with my help, you smash your goals. I’m here for advice and guidance 100% of the time, not just during a personal training session, which means that I will also be checking up when you’re not with me to keep you on track. I view personal training as an additional helping hand, an extra push to get you to the next level. But when you get to that level, I will be there to push you to another because you can always improve on what you achieved yesterday. I guarantee you will love every training session with me.
