Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

Patrons are reminded that all snow and ice activities are potentially hazardous and usage of the slope and participation in activities and lessons is at the patron’s own risk. Protective headwear is compulsory for all slope users. All slope users must observe and abide by the FIS Safety Code. 

The SnowDome endeavours to display correct and accurate information on this website however SnowDome Ltd cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies of product or price. The management reserve the right to alter or terminate any product, activity, it’s availability or price at any time without prior notification.

ADVANCED BOOKING

All bookings must be pre-paid in full and remain non-transferable and non-refundable. Please be aware it is recommended that all activities are pre-booked to avoid disappointment. All activities are subject to availability and capacity which may be subject to change, particularly during school holidays, bank holidays and over the Christmas period. Please telephone before travelling. Standard national call rates apply from a BT landline. Other landline and mobile operator network charges may vary.

TELEPHONE BOOKING

A small charge of £1.95 per transaction will be taken if booking over the phone and all confirmation tickets will be emailed directly to you. Calls are charged at up to 5p per minute for BT customers, other operator network charges may vary.

GIFT VOUCHERS

SnowDome Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for activities and services at the SnowDome (excluding concessions, food & drinks).  No change or refunds will be given but any balance remaining on the voucher may be applied to future purchases. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash. SnowDome Ltd are unable to replace or reimburse the value of your voucher if it is lost, stolen or damaged - please look after your voucher carefully and treat it like cash. Gift vouchers expire 18 months after the date of purchase, after which any balance will be reduced to nil and will not be refunded. Please note the expiry date printed on your voucher. All activities should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment. Gift vouchers purchased in conjunction with an offer are not redeemable on day of purchase.
 
CAR PARKING

Car parking is available at a charge of £2.50 for up to 2 hours, £4 for over 2 hours and £20 for over 12 hours. The first 10 minutes is FREE for dropping off or picking up.

Use the promotional codes to receive offers. Codes are valid on new bookings only. Unique voucher codes may only be used once per code.
Ski & snowboard lesson vouchers available for up to 4 people booking up to 3 lessons each e.g. levels 1, 2 and 3 or fast track 1 and 2. Must be completed in a single transaction.

All offers & promotions are subject to availability and capacity, please pre-book before travelling. Higher priced ticket prevails. Discounts and offers are applied to included activities only and not booking fees (telephone bookings only).

Management reserve the right to alter or terminate offers & promotions at any time. Age and height restrictions may apply.

The £10 off a course group levels 1, 2 & 3 and Fast Track 1 & 2 offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
£10 gift voucher offer is only valid for the email account holder and is non transferable.

  4. Available Wednesdays during school term times only. The offer will not be available during any school holidays or Bank Holidays.

  6. All our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens may be present. Please note we take caution to prevent cross-contamination, however, any product may contain traces as all menu items are produced in the same kitchen.

WAY2SNOW TERMS & CONDITIONS

SNOWDOME 

Taster Redemption Offer
Customers who purchase a Way2Snow Taster session (£39) are eligible to receive the full value of the taster (£39) off the cost of a full Way2Snow package, when the package is purchased within 14 days of the completed taster session. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.

Way2Snow Package Inclusions
The full Way2Snow package entitles the purchaser to 12 hours of slope access, which can be redeemed against:

    • Group lessons (2 hours per session): It is anticipated that customers will complete levels 1 to 3 in order to reach recreational standard.
    • Any remaining hours after reaching recreational standard may be used for recreational slope access or to repeat any phase of learning as required.
    • Way2Snow package is valid for use by one customer only, all 12 hours must be used by the account holder/purchaser.

Booking & Expiry

    • All slope hours, including lessons and recreational access, must be booked and completed by 31st August 2025.
    • Any unused hours remaining after this date will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Venue Specificity

    • The Way2Snow package, including all lessons and recreational access, must be used at the same venue where the package was originally purchased. Hours are not transferable between venues.

General

    • All bookings are subject to availability.
    • Standard terms of use and booking policies apply for all slope sessions.
    • Way2Snow packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.

WAY2SNOW CRYSTAL SKI HOLIDAYS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Save £100 per booking is available on ski holidays departing between December 2025 and April 2026 inclusive.
  • You can add this offer to your booking by entering your unique code at the bottom of the customise your holiday page of our website, or by quoting when booking, and the discount will be applied automatically if you’re eligible for it.
  • You must add this offer when you book your holiday – you can’t add it on later.
  • Not available on our Slope Starters package.
  • Only valid on Crystal Ski Holidays packages, which include your flights/trains, transfers and accommodation.
  • This offer can’t be combined with any other ones, except for ski essentials offers.

  • £100 off a winter holiday with Neilson Ski Holidays
  • £100 discount per booking applies to Way2Snow customers when booking a holiday to a Neilson Mountain Collection ski property on or before 1st December 2025, travelling between December 2025 and April 2026. The discount applies to holidays of 7 nights inclusive of flights, it does not apply to short breaks or holidays without flights.
  • The Way2Snow booking reference must be submitted via the form found here to receive your unique Neilson discount code.
