Slope Technician

We are on the lookout for some amazing people to join our Technical Services Team.

Are you practical, hands on and love the idea of working in a truly unique environment? SnowDome is on the lookout for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our fantastic snow maintenance team, responsible for keeping our snow slopes pristine and perfect for visitors of all ages.

About the Role

This isn’t your average maintenance job, you’ll play a key part in keeping our snow and ice areas in top condition, using tractors, plant and specialist machinery, as well as rolling up your sleeves for plenty of hands on manual work. No two days are the same, and you’ll take pride in ensuring our slope continues to deliver unforgettable experiences.

An interest or background in snowsports is a big plus, whether you're a skier, snowboarder or just passionate about the mountains, you’ll feel right at home here.

We’re Looking For:

  • Someone dependable and proactive

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

  • A real team player with a positive attitude

  • Quick to learn and happy to get stuck in, training will be provided

  • Flexible and ready to start immediately

5 shifts per week (approx. 30+ hours)

Work in the Community

The SnowDome is passionate about helping local charities and organisations. Fundraising is done throughout the year to raise money for Guide Dogs UK. Every year Santa's Winter Wonderland is opened exclusively for Acorns Children's Hospice.
