With expert instructors, a safe and supportive environment and a structured development pathway from toddler to confident swimmer, we offer a fun and progressive journey for every age and ability. Whether your child is splashing for the first time or mastering their strokes, our group swimming lessons help build confidence, coordination and essential water safety skills.
All lessons are 30 minutes long, run by fully qualified instructors, and take place in a warm, welcoming atmosphere where kids feel comfortable to grow and learn. With clear progression routes, engaging activities, and the chance to earn swimming awards along the way, it’s the perfect place to dive in and get started.

Before you dive in
Swimming lessons are designed to help children build confidence and develop skills in the water all while having fun. Each session lasts 30 minutes, offering the perfect balance of activity and focus for young swimmers. Whether your child is just starting out or moving up through the levels, they’ll be supported every step of the way by our fully qualified instructors in a safe and nurturing environment.
For our younger groups, including Parent & Toddler and Aqua Tots, a parent or guardian must accompany the child in the water. As children progress, they’ll begin working towards a series of recognised swimming awards, helping them celebrate milestones and track their development.
Children should wear appropriate swimwear and bring along armbands, swim vests or buoyancy jackets if needed, especially at beginner levels. Locker facilities are available on site; please bring a £1 coin or token to use them.
