Patrons are reminded that all snow and ice activities are potentially hazardous and usage of the slope and participation in activities and lessons is at the patron’s own risk. All slope users must observe and abide by the FIS Safety Code.

The SnowDome endeavours to display correct and accurate information on this website however SnowDome Ltd cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies of product or price. The management reserve the right to alter or terminate any product, activity, it’s availability or price at any time without prior notification.


All bookings must be pre-paid in full and remain non-transferable and non-refundable. Please be aware it is recommended that all activities are pre-booked to avoid disappointment. All activities are subject to availability and capacity which may be subject to change particularly during school holidays, bank holidays and over the Christmas period. Please telephone before traveling. Standard national call rates apply from a BT landline. Other landline and mobile operator network charges may vary.


A small charge of £1.95 per transaction will be taken if booking over the phone and all confirmation tickets will be posted directly to you. Calls are charged at up to 5p per minute for BT customers, other operator network charges may vary.


SnowDome Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for activities and services at the SnowDome (excluding concessions, food & drinks).  No charge or refunds will be given but any balance remaining on the voucher may be applied to future purchases. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash. SnowDome Ltd are unable to replace or reimburse the value of your voucher if it is lost, stolen or damaged - please look after your voucher carefully and treat it like cash. Gift vouchers expire 18 months after the date of purchase, after which any balance will be reduced to nil and will not be refunded. Please note the expiry date printed on your voucher. All activities should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment. Gift vouchers purchased in conjunction with an offer are not redeemable on day of purchase.

Car parking is available at a charge of £2.00. N.B. The first 30 minutes is FREE for dropping off or picking up.


Use the promotional codes to receive offers. Codes are valid on new bookings only. Unique voucher codes may only be used once per code.

Ski & snowboard lesson vouchers available for up to 4 people booking up to 3 lessons each e.g. levels 1, 2 and 3 or fast track 1 and 2. Must be completed in a single transaction.

All offers & promotions are subject to availability and capacity, please pre-book before travelling. Higher priced ticket prevails. Discounts and offers are applied to included activities only and not booking fees (telephone bookings only).

Management reserve the right to alter or terminate offers & promotions at any time. Age and height restrictions may apply.

The £10 off a course group levels 1, 2 & 3 and Fast Track 1 & 2 offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.


20% off Black Friday Weekender offer excludes Santa's Winter Wonderland, swimming lessons, birthday parties, gift vouchers, activities including food and memberships. Available when booking online before midnight on Sunday 1st December 2019.

Re-opening soon!


SnowDome Fitness will re-open on Saturday 25th July for SnowDome Fitness members. We will be in touch with members directly with more information in due course.


The remainder of the SnowDome (snow, ice & leisure) will re-open on Friday 31st July. More information about our re-opening will follow on the website over the next few days. We are accepting online bookings from Friday 31st July and our relaxed booking terms and conditions will apply to all guests with pre-booked activities, as follows:

Temporary Closure Relaxed Booking Terms & Conditions

For New Bookings (made after 21st March) - We want to reassure all our guests making future bookings to visit from 31st July onwards, if the SnowDome is not re-open in time for your future visit, we will refund the entirety of your booking or provide a transfer to a later date of your choice. You don’t need to take any action, we will contact you as required.
