Play & slide in REAL snow
Begin your adventure in the magical snow trail. Experience the UK’s only guaranteed snowfall this Christmas! As snowflakes fall around you, families can play, sledge and slide through a magical snowy landscape - whatever the weather outside. Enjoy 25 minutes experiences the magic of a snow filled Christmas.
A magical mini panto
Take your seat for a festive retelling of Snow White, filled with laughter, music and Christmas sparkle... plus a special appearance from Santa himself. A magical family moment and a highlight of your adventure.
Explore Santa’s Village
Discover a festive Christmas village full of family fun. Meet adorable alpacas and furry friends, spin around on the classic carousel and go head-to-head in the family game zone. Pop by Santa’s house and soak up the warm festive atmosphere! There’s plenty to explore as you soak up the magical atmosphere together.
Write your letter at SledEx
Step inside the interactive SledEx post room where children become honorary members of Santa’s postal team. Meet Red the postman, write your letter to Santa and choose a magical postbox for delivery to the North Pole.

Do under 2's go free?
Available on all sessions when accompanied by a paying adult. All free child tickets must be pre-booked, subject to availability. Please note under 2's are not permitted to use the snow slides, but there's still a lot of fun to be had! To add under 2 tickets, please complete your booking and then forward your e-ticket confirmation to guestservices@snowdome.co.uk with the amount of under 2's required, we will confirm back to you once complete.
Is it real snow?
Yes it’s 100% real snow! You’ll even experience magical indoor snowfall during your visit. Wrap up warm and get ready to play!
What's included in my ticket?
Everything you need for a full festive adventure! Your ticket covers all four experiences - real snow play, the Snow White mini pantomime, Santa’s Christmas Village and the SledEx interactive post experience. One ticket, all the fun - no extras required!
What ages is Santa's Winter Wonderland suitable for?
Santa's Winter Wonderland is great for all believing aged children and their families!
Where do we go when we arrive?
There’s plenty of parking available on site. Simply head to the Santa’s Winter Wonderland reception desk inside the SnowDome to check in. Don’t forget your winter gear, coats, gloves and warm shoes are essential for snowy fun!
Should we arrive early?
We recommend arriving in good time the SnowDome is very popular during the festive season. If you’re early, you can relax in LiftHouse Coffee Co., enjoy a hot drink, or watch the action on the slopes from our viewing balcony.
How long does the session last?
The full experience lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours. You’ll enjoy 30 minutes on the real snow trail, 30 minutes at the mini pantomime and then time to explore Santa’s village.
What should we wear?
Warm clothing is essential. Coats, gloves and winter footwear are a must, especially for the snow trail. Hats and scarves are a good idea too! We recommend layers as whilst it's naturally cooler on the snow, things can warm up in the theatre.
Do you offer SEN sessions?
Yes! SEN sessions are available at select times and are designed for guests with autism, sensory needs or learning difficulties who’d prefer a more relaxed experience. With lower sound and lighting levels, fewer people, extra wheelchair spaces and a calm, supportive atmosphere - it’s all about making the magic accessible to everyone. Complimentary carer spaces are available (one per guest, must be pre-booked).
Is Santa's Winter Wonderland wheelchair accessible?
Wheelchair users and their family and friends can enjoy the experience together. Santa's Winter Wonderland is fully accessible for manual wheelchairs, please contact the Guest Services Team - guestservices@snowdome.co.uk to arrange your wheelchair sledge! Unfortunately automated wheelchairs are not suitable for the event.
Can we take photos?
Of course! You’re welcome to capture your magical memories, there will also be professional photo opportunities available throughout your visit.
Can we eat on-site?
Absolutely! You can grab a hot chocolate or festive treat in Santa’s Village, or enjoy a full meal at Aspen’s Bar & Kitchen or Lifthouse Coffee Co. before or after your session.

Santa's Winter Wonderland takes place at the SnowDome in Tamworth, Staffordshire - the home of real snow and festive fun! You'll find us at Leisure Island, River Drive, Tamworth, Staffordshire B79 7ND, just 5 minutes from junction 10 of the M42 and the M6 Toll road.
