Our specially designed SEN Sessions bring you all the snowy adventures, festive fun and Christmas sparkle you know and love, in a calmer, more relaxed setting.

With fewer guests, reduced sound and lighting levels and additional wheelchair spaces, there's more room for everyone to enjoy the magic in their own way.

There's still snow much to enjoy!

Feel the excitement of real snow beneath your feet, watch the snowflakes fall and settle in for a magical mini pantomime of Snow White.

Then it's off to Santa's Christmas Village, where fluffy friends, family games and festive surprises await. Don't forget to stop by SledEx HQ to send that all-important letter to Santa!

It's the full Santa's Winter Wonderland experience, with a little more breathing room to enjoy those special moments together.

Complimentary carer places

We want everyone to feel welcome at Santa's Winter Wonderland, so one complimentary carer place is available per eligible guest.

Arranging your carer place is simple:

  1. Book your tickets for your chosen SEN Session.

  2. Email your e-ticket confirmation to guestservices@snowdome.co.uk, letting us know how many complimentary carer places you require.

  3. Include your proof of carer status so our friendly Guest Services team can review your request and confirm your complimentary place(s).

Please remember, complimentary carer places must be arranged in advance of your visit.
