The countdown to Christmas magic is on! Before you step into a world of real snow, festive fun and twinkling lights, we've got a few handy tips to help you make the most of your Santa's Winter Wonderland visit.
From what to wear and when to arrive, to where to go when you get here, we've got all the little details wrapped up!
So grab your tickets, round up your little elves and get ready for snow much fun!
It's a winter wonderland after all!
With real snow beneath your feet and snowflakes falling all around, Santa's snow trail is a little on the chilly side.
We recommend wrapping up in cosy layers, warm coats and sturdy footwear such as wellies, boots or snow boots, ready for all that snowy fun!
The theatre and Santa's Village are a little warmer, so layers are perfect for keeping everyone comfortable as you move through your Christmas adventure.
Just remember, we don't provide clothing or footwear, so make sure you're dressed for the snow before you arrive!
Santa's got a busy schedule, and so have we!
To make sure your festive adventure gets off to a magical start, please arrive at SnowDome at least 30 minutes before your booked session.
There's parking available on site, but Christmas is a busy time for our little elves, so leave plenty of time to find a space.
Once you're here, head to SnowDome Reception to check in. Our team will point you in the right direction to begin your adventure.
And don't forget your tickets! Simply have your QR code ready on your phone or in your digital wallet. No printing required!
Good to know: As sessions run to a timed schedule, we can't guarantee entry if you arrive late.
