With all the joy and sparkle of the full Santa’s Winter Wonderland experience just in a calmer package, it’s the perfect way to ensure every child enjoys the magic of Christmas.

With lower sound and lighting levels, fewer people, extra wheelchair spaces and a calm, supportive atmosphere, it's all about making the magic accessible to everyone. Complimentary carer spaces are available (one per guest, must be pre-booked). Wander through the snowy wonderland with real falling snow, see the spellbinding mini pantomime Beauty and the Beast, and finish off the experience in Santa's Village with real fluffy friends engaging family games and SledEx Head Quarters where you can post your letter to Santa. Make magical memories together in specially designed SEN sessions.
To book complimentary carer places, please complete your booking and then forward your e-ticket confirmation to guestservices@snowdome.co.uk with the number of carers required (one complimentary carer per guest), along with proof of carer status, and we will confirm back to you once complete.
