Who am I?

I’m Abi, Gym Manager at SnowDome Fitness and a familiar face here for over 20 years.

My background

I’ve got 17 years of hands on fitness experience and used to compete for Tamworth Athletics Club in the 800m and 1500m.

What I’m about

I believe fitness should feel rewarding, not intimidating. Yes, we’ll train effectively but we’ll enjoy it too.

Outside the gym

I now balance training with family life and live by my mantra: health is wealth.

My journey into fitness

After studying Sport and Exercise Studies, I followed my passion straight into the fitness industry.

Busy people, parents, and anyone juggling a lot, because I get it. I’m a mum of two myself.

Jack – Personal Trainer

A bit about me

I currently represent Team GB on the Men’s Senior Judo Squad and train at the British Judo Olympic National Training Centre.

Elite experience

I’m part of the Olympic Pathway, preparing for the 2028 and 2032 Olympic Games.

My qualifications

I’m a Sports and Exercise Therapy graduate, combining academic knowledge with elite-level performance experience.
