The Opportunity

Join the SnowDome and take the lead across our snow, ice skating and climbing experiences. This is a unique opportunity to manage multiple high-energy guest attractions while delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest safety standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee daily operations, lead your team and ensure every guest enjoys a safe, engaging and memorable experience.

Your Role

You will take full responsibility for the snow, ice and climb departments, ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently and safely. You will lead by example, setting the standard for performance, guest interaction and teamwork across all areas.

Job Type: Full-time flexible, including evenings and weekends, competitive salary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across snow fun park, the ice rink and track and climbing wall
  • Lead, train and develop a high-performing team
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences at all times
  • Manage rotas, staffing levels and team performance
  • Maintain high safety standards and ensure full compliance
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and facility standards
  • Work closely with other departments to enhance the guest journey
  • Drive operational improvements and introduce new ideas

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a management role within leisure, hospitality or a similar environment
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident communicator with a guest-first mindset
  • Good understanding of health and safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
  • Passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences
