Snow, Ice and Climb Assistant

We are on the lookout for new Part Time team members to join our Snow, Ice and Climb department at the SnowDome. We’re looking for enthusiastic team players to join us in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing outstanding service. This role will be Part time and will work alongside our current team on Ice Skating, Snow Fun Park and our Climbing Wall.

To be successful within this role you must be able to deliver customer service of the highest level, be confident, hard working and passionate about delivering the best experience possible to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helping to deliver the daily operation of the Skate, Snow Fun and Climb areas.
  • Supporting the Snow, Ice and Climb team.
  • Ensuring excellent customer experience during Skate issue and return.
  • Maintaining high standards of equipment care and organisation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Confidence and ability to ice skate.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with others.

Every year Santa's Winter Wonderland is opened exclusively for Acorns Children's Hospice. Plus, over £20,000 worth of tickets are donated annually to local charities.
