We’re looking for enthusiastic Part Time Supervisor to oversee a small team and join us in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing outstanding service. To be successful within this role you must be able to deliver customer service of the highest level, be confident, hard working and passionate about delivering the best experience possible to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping to deliver the daily operation of the Skate and Snow Fun areas.
- Supervising and supporting the Snow and Ice team.
- Ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Maintaining high standards of equipment care and organisation.
- Keeping all public and team areas to the highest levels of presentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Confidence and ability to ice skate.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Valid First Aid certificate, preferred but not essential.
