Are you a natural leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced, unique environment? SnowDome is looking for a proactive and reliable Ski Hire Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our ski hire area and ensure a safe, smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
In this role, you’ll supervise the team, maintain equipment standards and uphold high customer service and safety standards. You’ll also keep a strong presence on the shop floor, making sure everything runs like clockwork.

Requirements:

Enthusiastic and motivated with a strong customer service focus

Positive attitude and readiness to get stuck in

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays

Interest in snowsports is a plus but not essential

Strong communication skills and team leadership ability

First aid trained or willing to become certified
