Ski Hire Supervisor

Are you a natural leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced, unique environment? SnowDome is looking for a proactive and reliable Ski Hire Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our ski hire area and ensure a safe, smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

In this role, you’ll supervise the team, maintain equipment standards and uphold high customer service and safety standards. You’ll also keep a strong presence on the shop floor, making sure everything runs like clockwork.

If you’re passionate about snowsports or excited to be part of a vibrant, energetic team, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a one-of-a-kind environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and motivated with a strong customer service focus

  • Positive attitude and readiness to get stuck in

  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays

  • Interest in snowsports is a plus but not essential

  • Strong communication skills and team leadership ability

  • First aid trained or willing to become certified
