We’re looking for a knowledgeable, guest-focused Ski Hire Manager to lead our ski hire team. Previous experience in a Snowsports role is highly desirable, along with a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest is slope-ready. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the alpine lifestyle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ski/snowboard hire operations or a related Snowsports role in a management capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
- Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment, fitting, and maintenance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods.
- Basic understanding of health & safety and risk management in a snowsports environment.
