Responsibilities include welcoming guests, guiding them through the Winter Wonderland snow experience, managing queues and seating guests in the theatre show, assisting with game areas and photo sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and great with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a busy, festive environment
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player
- Greet and interact warmly with visitors of all ages
- Ensure smooth flow of guests through the attraction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and magical environment
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest queries
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
