Join the festive magic as a Santa’s Winter Wonderland Assistant! In this cheerful and fast-paced role, you'll help create unforgettable holiday experiences for families and children. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, guiding them through the Winter Wonderland snow experience, managing queues and seating guests in the theatre show, assisting with game areas and photo sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and great with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a busy, festive environment
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player
- Greet and interact warmly with visitors of all ages
- Ensure smooth flow of guests through the attraction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and magical environment
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest queries
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
