We’re seeking an enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our gym team on a part-time basis, working primarily during evenings and weekends. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our members on their fitness journeys by delivering exceptional service and expert guidance.
You’ll be responsible for completing gym inductions, creating and reviewing personalised fitness programmes, and delivering both free and paid personal training sessions. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead engaging group classes such as circuits, bootcamp and core sessions.
Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming gym environment is essential, along with upholding the high standards our members expect. This is a great role for a passionate PT who’s eager to grow, contribute to a strong team culture and help members achieve real results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out gym inductions for new members.
- Write personalised gym programmes and complete six-week reviews.
- Deliver free PT sessions and sell paid personal training packages.
- Teach classes such as circuits, bootcamp and core.
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented gym floor.
- Meet and exceed operational and service standards.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (essential).
- Additional class-teaching qualifications (advantageous).
- A passion for fitness, great communication skills and a member-focused attitude.
