We are seeking enthusiastic, guest-oriented individuals to join our Food and Beverage team. Part-time roles are available for evenings, weekends and school holidays!
Requirements:
Experience & Skills
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods, espresso equipment, and café operations.
- Strong multitasking ability and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Cash-handling or POS experience is a plus.
Personal Qualities
- Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
