At The Lifthouse Coffee Co. we are more than just a place to grab a coffee; we are a community hub where people come to relax, connect, and enjoy exceptional beverages and delicious treats. We are seeking enthusiastic, guest-oriented individuals to join our Food and Beverage team. Part-time roles are available for evenings, weekends and school holidays!

Requirements: 

Experience & Skills

  • Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods, espresso equipment, and café operations.
  • Strong multitasking ability and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality.
  • Cash-handling or POS experience is a plus.

Personal Qualities

  • Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed.
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Work in the Community

The SnowDome is passionate about helping local charities and organisations. Fundraising is done throughout the year to raise money for Guide Dogs UK. Every year Santa's Winter Wonderland is opened exclusively for Acorns Children's Hospice. Plus, over £20,000 worth of tickets are donated annually to local charities.
