We’re looking for a passionate Junior Content Creator to join our dynamic Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who lives and breathes visuals, especially video.

At the SnowDome, our content is central to how we showcase real snow, unforgettable experiences and our unique alpine atmosphere. You’ll play a key role in capturing and editing engaging, high-impact video content that elevates our brand across social media, digital platforms and onsite screens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture quality video content across all areas of the SnowDome, from snowsports to events, fitness, activities and more.
  • Edit and produce polished videos with support from the wider team.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to plan, storyboard and conceptualise video content.
  • Work closely with our Social Media Executive to bring campaign ideas to life through engaging content.
  • Create short-form videos optimised for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube & other digital channels.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends in videography, editing styles and social media formats.
  • Maintain an organised bank of video and image assets.
  • Contribute ideas to campaigns, creative sessions and content planning meetings.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong passion and solid competency in video capture and editing with a portfolio that demonstrates skill, creativity and attention to detail (this can include personal projects, college work or freelance).
  • Comfortable using editing software.
  • A visual thinker with a good understanding of framing, lighting, storytelling and pacing.
  • Someone who enjoys being hands-on, proactive and part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking team.
  • Eagerness to learn, develop new skills and push creative boundaries.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to take direction well.
  • Organised with great attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working full-time on site in an immersive, activity-led environment.
