The role will require taking telephone bookings, helping with online and social media enquiries and representing the company on the front of house reception. Experience in communicating with guest is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to ensure an “best in class” experience
- Provide a high-level guest service in-person, over the phone and via email, messenger and live chat
- Take orders accurately and handle transactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a guest service role is highly desirable
