What we're all about

At SnowDome, fun comes first but it’s not the only thing that matters. We care deeply about doing things the right way.

We’ve been proudly independent since 2000, with a brilliant team at the helm who live and breathe the SnowDome experience. We’re always looking for new ways to improve and make your next visit even better than the last.

1994

The SnowDome opened as Europe’s first indoor snow centre, with real snow, all year round

2002

Launched our ice rink, now one of our most popular attractions, welcoming thousands of visitors each year.

2005

Welcomed Santa for the first time, at Santa's Winter Wonderland and he’s never looked back

2007

Expanded our Ice Rink to include the UK’s only ice skating track and our children’s Snow Fun Park

2018

Reached new heights with the opening of our Climbing walls.

2019

Celebrated 25 years and became the world’s longest-running indoor snow slope

2020

Opened our brand-new teaching slope for even more snow time fun

2024

Celebrated our 30th Birthday in style.
