There is a brand new and exciting role available within the Snowsports team. The new Snowsports Coordinator will report directly to the Snowsports Manager and will offer critical office based administrative support to the entire snowsports operation. The right candidate will oversee and be responsible for the day to day and long term scheduling and planning of the snowsports instructor team.
You will be a strong advocate of a proactive approach to the day to day management of the snowsports instructor diary and you will be an excellent problem solver. You will have a fastidious attitude to organisation and you will not only manage the day to day, but plan the long term and seasonal rota structure.
You will be a true people person with excellent communication skills, with the ability to make strong positive connections with the snowsports instructor team. The right person will understand the need to always plan ahead and will be able to excel when the pressure is on during the winter months.

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for excellent service standards. Instructors should hold a minimum of BASI level 1 or equivalent and have had previous teaching experience. There are also opportunities for freestyle coaches.
Instructors should expect to work in a high tempo teaching environment and be available to work evenings, weekends and school holidays. Our peak season is from October to April and applicants will need to be available throughout this period. Only apply if these working hours are suitable.
