exercise science and my level 3 personal training qualification. I am now so excited to get on the gym floor, work with members and help them smash their goals!
I take my own health and fitness very seriously, training in the gym around 5 days a week, with 2 sessions a day some days. I love taking part in physical activity to increase my fitness and strength levels. I have a strong passion for fitness and I’m always looking to learn and progress my knowledge. I do this by constantly trying new training methods and looking out for the latest trends.
