From a young age I have been training my body in various ways. I began practicing traditional Jiu-jitsu at the age of
5 and became an Open Martial Arts Champion and a black belt by the age of 12. From there I took to playing Rugby for Tamworth.
After leaving the rugby team due to injury, I began performing bodyweight exercises to maintain a level of fitness, until one day I wandered into a gym and my love of weightlifting/bodybuilding began. Little did I know a few years down the line I would be stepping up on stage in front of hundreds of people competing in physique bodybuilding.
Wanting to stay in the gym 24/7, I took up a 3 year personal training apprenticeship based in a local gym, working alongside some amazing PT’s who always had advice and knowledge to pass on to me to make sure I became a great trainer.
Helping clients achieve their goals fills me with pride and joy, so if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask!

What my clients say
“I started having PT sessions once or twice a week with Dan and did so consistently for about 18 months. During that time, Dan pushed me to be the fittest version of myself and I always looked forward to my training sessions with him. He is a really “nice” person… but don’t be fooled, he takes no prisoners. He is extremely knowledgeable
and passionate about all aspects of fitness and nutrition and knows how to get the very best out of his clients for the duration of the training session. The physical and psychological benefits of working with Dan become apparent after the very first time you train with him.” Jane, Former PT Client
“First off, I didn’t know how hard Dan would have me working all whilst getting me fit. He taught me a lot about my nutrition and showed me how to work my body to burn and build at the same time. Unbelievable knowledge and a great attitude!” Michael, Former PT Client
