I may be an Ironman athlete but it’s not the only thing I love to coach! I find free weights and functional weights are also an effective way to get great results.
My clients have a wide variety of goals ranging from losing weight, achieving their first 5k run or even obtaining the required level of fitness to join the Forces. Whatever your goal, you can always rely on me to support and push you to be the best version of yourself whilst keeping it fun.
