About me: My passion for health and fitness stems from a childhood filled with various sports including dance, gymnastics and athletics. I studied Sports Therapy at Edge Hill University where I graduated with an upper class 2:1.

After university, I took some time to travel and work abroad until I came back and realised my true passion for health and fitness. I didn’t want to spend my life in an office all day but instead, have the satisfaction of helping people improve themselves and achieve their goals.
