Why Work at SnowDome

Join the coolest team around!

Unique venue for a unique career

The SnowDome is a one of a kind venue and no two hours are the same, let alone two days! A typical day could start with setting off tobogganing races and finish with teaching people to ski, plus everything in between. You'll enjoy creating wow moments for guests, whilst enjoying some great benefits along the way.

Make friends for life

You'll work with some amazing team members whilst at the SnowDome. You'll be around smiley, upbeat, positive people who, like you, have a can do spirit. For that reason, you're sure to meet some amazing people and make some lifelong friends.

There are amazing opportunities to gain qualifications and training in avenues you never expected. Plus, great team members are given the opportunity to progress within the company.

  • Have fun and be the best you can
  • Be honest, fair and proud
  • Treat others as you would like to be treated yourself
  • Every team member makes a difference
  • To recognise good ideas and a job well done

The SnowDome's values sum up what a team member is all about and shapes how the business will complete its mission for the future.

“Working together to provide the ultimate snow, ice and leisure experience in an awesome venue. Real Snow, Real Fun... For Everyone!”

Your Voice Heard & Recognised

The SnowDome's owners and directors are based at the venue. You'll be encouraged to share ideas and help drive the venue forward. Great work will always be rewarded.  Every year, the SnowDome holds team member of the year awards, where the very best are recognised and celebrated.

Work in the Community

The SnowDome is passionate about helping local charities and organisations. Fundraising is done throughout the year to raise money for Guide Dogs UK. Every year Santa's Winter Wonderland is opened exclusively for Acorns Children's Hospice. Plus, over £20,000 worth of tickets are donated annually to local charities, you can find out more on the charities and fundraisers page.
