Are you enthusiastic, proactive and keen to be part of a unique snowsports environment? SnowDome is seeking a friendly and dependable individual to join us as a Ski Hire Assistant and Slope Patrol team member, helping guests gear up and ensuring their safety on the slopes.

This role is much more than handing out skis and snowboards, you’ll be a vital part of keeping our slopes safe and enjoyable. From fitting equipment and supporting lift operations to monitoring guests, you’ll wear many hats and deliver top-notch customer service throughout.

If you have a passion for snowsports or simply love working in a fast-paced, energetic environment, you’ll feel right at home here.

 

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays
  • Strong interest in snowsports is a bonus but not essential
  • Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in

The SnowDome is passionate about helping local charities and organisations. Fundraising is done throughout the year to raise money for Guide Dogs UK. Every year Santa's Winter Wonderland is opened exclusively for Acorns Children's Hospice. Plus, over £20,000 worth of tickets are donated annually to local charities.
