The Gym
The brand new 4000 sq. ft. gym features specially selected equipment from Life Fitness to suit novice, regular and experienced gym users. With a wide range of the latest equipment available for all levels and the Ready Steady Go personal training concept, everyone is catered for in a welcoming, stimulating and progressive environment.
Members are invited to regular
'touch base' sessions with a designated fitness advisor to asses, vary and enhance their exercise programme. Fitness shouldn't be repetitive and these are great chances to learn about new equipment and trying something different.
Ready...
The Ready Zone is designed to make exercise easy and enjoyable for novice users. Featuring the latest but simple to use cardiovascular equipment and Circuit Series range for a varied and uncomplicated exercise programme.
Steady...
The Steady Zone offers a broader range of equipment and exercises for regular gym users. Top of the range cardiovascular equipment, the latest Summit Trainers and the Circuit or Signature resistance series provides an active route for stimulating progression.
Go!
The Go Zone is designed for the experienced gym user wanting more than a regular exercise programme. The Signature circuit, multi programme cardiovascular equipment, free weights area and the advanced Dual Adjustable Pulley offers uncompromising scope and variety.
Swimming
Enjoy free swimming in the 25 metre, full width swimming pool. An extensive pool timetable for lane and recreational swimming, aqua aerobics and entry to family flume sessions ensures there's something for everyone.
Parents may add a child to their membership to get the most from these excellent swimming facilities for only £10 a month.

Fitness Studio

Child Swim Membership
Add a Child (upto 16yrs) to an existing membership and enjoy free swimming including family, flume and inflatable sessions for only £10 a month.
Following a complete refurbishment the fantastic swimming pool & flume complex has reopened at the SnowDome. With an extensive timetable including casual & lane swimming, family flume & inflatable sessions & the new Junior Swim Disco... there's something for everyone.
Swim for Free
SnowDome Fitness members enjoy free swimming on all casual & lane swim sessions including family flume & inflatable sessions. Add a child (upto 16yrs) to an existing SnowDome Fitness membership for only £10 a month. Subject to terms & conditions.
Flume & inflatable fun
Fun for children and all the family in the main, junior and toddler pool, with all the floats, inflatables and flume. Saturdays 12noon - 5:30pm & Sundays 10:30am-1:30pm
Birthday Parties
Enjoy 1 hour of fun in the pool with the flumes & inflatables followed by a party meal, ice cream, unlimited squash, balloons & invitations for only £7.95 per child. Call the party hotline on 01827 308416. Available at select times, minimum numbers apply.
Junior Swim Disco
A fun disco session with all the floats, inflatables, flume & DJ for juniors 8-14years (max). Saturday evenings 6-8pm. Please phone or check the website for occasional closures, due to competition galas.

Aqua Aerobics
For swimmers of all abilities wanting an alternative workout to the gym. £4 per session or FREE to SnowDome Fitness members. Please pre-book, subject to availability.
Please be aware that on Saturday 28th June the pool will be closing at 5pm for a Gala.
