The huge gym has been extended again and is bursting with the very latest equipment, with the latest suspension trainers in the new TRX zone, larger free weights area, new studio with a full programme of fitness classes for all ages and abilities, a new dedicated spinning zone, a 25 metre swimming pool with an extensive timetable including casual swimming and family flume & inflatable sessions plus a luxurious Spa and unique Fitbox arena.
